She has written her name in the back endpaper, with the address of Arundle Lane Sheffield. (Actually "Arundel" it should be.)
In the front cover is a gold leaf presentation sticker, with her name and saying it was presented to her on No vember 13th 1815, in Sheffield.
This is a very small book, about 3 inches by 4 inches and just over an inch thick. It is a beautiful little book.
