It also lists seven children, who were all born in London, most at Albert Place, Shepherd's Walk.  (I think this should read Shepherdess Walk.) The book is volume 1 of the Family Devotional Bible going from Genesis to Esther.  I presume there was once a volume 2.  It is a handsome Bible, well bound and intact.  It is gold embossed on the spine and round the edge of the covers.  It is about 9 inches by 11 inches and 3 inches thick.  THere is a three inche scratch on the front cover but not deep.  There is no publication date.  The entries were not all written at the same time, but in at least three sessions over the years, by the look of them.
